Our next meeting will be Tuesday May 8th, at The Hub on the Green, 7.30-9.30pm. All are welcome!
Homebirth Group Supporters, Lisa and Paul (along with their very new baby!) are kindly sponsoring the evening. They will be giving an informal talk and demo of the different types of cloth nappy available. As always at our meetings, there will be birth professionals and parents who have had homebirths to talk through any questions you may have, and plenty of cake!
Lisa and Paul run Nest, which is based in Totnes and online at WWW.nest-shop.co.UK, they sell everything natural parenting from no-nasties skincare to co-sleeping cots to birth pools. Nest stock a huge range of organic baby and children's clothing, newborn gifts, cloth sanitary protection, books, toys and organic baby and children's bedding. Their staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help with advice on baby carriers and slings and of course cloth nappies.
The Hub on the Green is right next to the Cathedral, in a fabulous medieval hall that has been are various classes and workshops and also each day (except Thursdays and weekends) the ‘Pop-Up Café’ where anyone can stop by for an inexpensive hot drink and a friendly chat. The address is 8 Cathedral Close (between The Royal Clarence and Southernhay in the black & white Tudor building) Exeter EX1 1EZ. There is free street parking in the evening close by at Southernhay.
